Joie de Vivre Fitness & Training takes a holistic approach – I focus on the mind first by getting rid of limiting beliefs such as "I am not good enough", "I can't get fit", "I am not strong enough", and "I can't lose weight". This assessment is a prerequisite for all my clients before we put an action plan in place and is what sets my Fat Loss program apart from other diets, meal plans, and training programs.⁣ 

 

It’s the key to my clients transformation as it allows me to get to the ROOT CAUSE of their symptoms, and understand why their body is stuck.⁣…behaving the way it does!

The 5 Step Assessment is completed virtually, in the comfort of your home, without any blood work and includes online questionnaires, stomach acid test, thyroid & metabolism tests, hormonal scan, and thorough digestive intake.⁣

The entire assessment is completed over 1-3 week depending on how available you can be.

Joie De Vivre Fitness & Training also offers ongoing Bootcamps throughout the year. These Bootcamp workouts are efficient because you work your entire body (upper and lower body, muscles and heart) in a short period of time by going from one exercise to another with little or no rest. I also make sure they are fun for you; each exercise is different so you don’t get bored. These circuit training classes are designed to encourage, motivate, and inspire you to live an active lifestyle. Not only will your fitness improve but you’ll become more energized, confident, and everyday activities will become easier.

All classes are interval based and include cardio, muscle toning, core work, strength training and are designed for all ages and fitness levels. Work at your own pace within a fun and exciting group atmosphere and get the results you are looking for.

Whether you are looking for a weight loss exercise program, to improve health & fitness, or just kick start your fitness routine, this program can help you reach your goals.

Because the human body needs multi-planar proprioceptive movements in order to function at its optimum level of performance, we will be using updated equipment like TRX (US Navy Seal training equipment) and Kettle bells to complete our workouts and reach your goals.

My bootcamp has a limit of 8 people. This allows for far more personal attention to allow you to achieve the best possible results in the shortest time. Most bootcamps train 20-30 people at a time, which means you’ll get a maximum of 2 minutes with your trainer. With smaller groups, you will be sure that I will be able to push you to your full potential while making sure all exercises are done with proper form; meaning better and safer results.

In order to serve people outside of my immediate community, as well as people with hectic schedules or tight budgets, I provide high-quality, Online Fitness Coaching. With Online training, you don’t have to be restricted by someone else’s availability or the schedule of a gym - you can work out on your own schedule, anytime, anywhere. You will also have access to a fitness expert at the tip of your fingers; I am just a click away. Online training provides an affordable, flexible opportunity for you to achieve your fitness goals at a fraction of the cost of in-person training.

 

The Online Fitness Training includes:

 

  • Customized work outs tailored to your preferences, lifestyle, and fitness equipment

  • Personalized meal plan tailored to your dietary preferences and restrictions

  • Regular check-ins to keep you motivated and accountable

 

You will be provided with a personalized app that will include your customized workouts, a progress tracker, and a mechanism to report back to me. Your workout program will include video instruction to show you how to properly and safely perform each exercise. There is no need to be scared or intimated by new exercises!

 

You will have access to a meal plan that is very customizable to your liking - you can swap out food items for others depending on what you feel like eating that day – all without compromising your progress or the integrity of your meal plan!
