Antonio provided pre-season dryland conditioning sessions for our girls soccer team for two consecutive seasons. The girls thoroughly enjoyed the training and it reduced the risk of injury. The girls strengthened their muscles and greatly increased their endurance resulting in very positive results on and off the field. I would highly recommend to any team looking for conditioning/strengthening sessions – Jerry S. (Coach)

Antonio is a dedicated and knowledgeable trainer who individually tailors my workouts. He is very motivating without being aggressive. He is an easy going and likable person who makes me look forward to working out. I highly recommend Antonio as a personal trainer.

I’ve been training with Antonio for many months and I’ve never felt better. I can see improvement in my fitness and energy levels. No matter what your personal fitness level, Antonio believes you can succeed.
Antonio gives you personal attention to make sure you are using proper form and stretching techniques so you get the most out of your work out. If I have injured myself, Antonio is excellent at providing and alternate or modified workout. This allows me to continue making progress during my workout without compromising my health.

I have been working out with Antonio for a short 2 months and the changes I have seen already are amazing! I am getting healthier and stronger and can’t wait to see what the future holds.
